2. Produce every compoents of the building
As follows are our production process and quality check
(1) purchasing of raw material:
Performance of all steel plates must be in accordance with Q345 or Q235 required in country standards, no sandwich flaws, no dopants and no crack.

(2) Plate cut:
All notch is slippy and straight, it will be a good start for welding.
(3) Automatic welding for H steel
Automatic arc-submerging welding: Full weld, and check weld joint very carefully in order that there is no crack, no unjoint, no lack of penetration, no slag inclusion and no blowhole.
(4) Holes Drilling
Accuracy position of hole will be helpful of quick installation and fastness
(5) Manual welding for stiffener and connecting plate.
(6) Shot blasting:
Grade: Sa2-2.5
Rust will fall off paints, so better blast cleaned, better paints.
(7) Application of paints:
Two layers primer paints and two layers surface paints, total thickness of paints is 90 micron.
In addition, there will be anti-fire paints if required.
(8) Acid cleaned and hot deep galvanized
In usually, in order to protect the service life of some buildings which are near the sea or established in strong corrosion place, we will use the acid cleaned and hot deep galvanized.

Our factory started from 1979. Qingdao Jiaonan Government established a shipbuilding company in the year of 1979 with the name Qingdao Lingshan Ship Building Co., Ltd. Our factory was the branch workshop specializing in steel structure construction;
In the year of 2000, Korea Hyundai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd merger and acquisitioned Lingshan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. And we became an independent private company from the parent company with the name Lingshan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. The main products stayed the same;
2003, we join in the China Steel Construction Society;
2005, we became a director of Shandong Steel Construction Inspection and Design Society;
2006, the factory expanded the produce ability to 1200 ton per month;
2009, we get the China classification society certification;
2011, our company start international business;
2012, we get the produce license for pressure vessel;
2015, our company buy a new piece of land, the land size is 25, 000 sqm. The land will be used to enlarge our produce ability in the future.
